Nov. 25th, 2015 08:16 pm For a while I've been wanting to take some type of dance class and nothing really appealed to me,. Jazz, ballet , salsa even tango at most I thought maybe hip-hop would be fun to do but then I saw the most interesting flyer the other day. So after much debate not really. I decided to take pole dancing~!
So far I've taken a class and I have to say that 1. I am super sore and 2. I have no upper body strength. >_< The instructor there told me I should probably start working on toning and some weight lifting to work on my abdominal area since a lot of strain goes there. As much as I completely failed during the first class I really enjoyed it. So I think I'll continue for now.
Also, I won a bet on Saturday! So a question for everyone~ If you could make a person do whatever you wanted for 24 hours what would you have them do or wear?
